We offer a fully licensed auditorium. Drinks are allowed in the seating area during selected events. The lower lobby bar is also open at intermission for many events.
An alcohol-free zone is available and can be requested when ordering your tickets.
We thank you for helping us take care of our beautiful theatre by being careful with your drinks and disposing of waste and recycling as you exit the theatre.

Latecomers |
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance. Your seating may be in alternate locations from your tickets to minimize disruptions for the performers and the audience. Your understanding is appreciated. |

Any information collected will only be used for the stated purpose and only with your consent. Ticket exchanges |
Ticket exchanges are available should you be unable to attend your performance. Please call the box office at least 24 hours before your performance to make the exchange. A fee of $6.00 will be charged (with exception of Members and Centre Stage Patrons, who may exchange free of charge). |
Ticket refund policy - Health |
Patrons are encouraged not to attend an event if they are feeling unwell. Illness refunds will be processed beginning three days prior to an event. If notice is given later than 5pm the day before the event, the refund will be on account for a future performance. |
Covid-19 Event cancellations and re-scheduling |
Ticket holders will be contacted in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling. For cancelled events the full order amount will be refunded. For re-scheduled events, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, a full refund is available. Please contact the box office to confirm you require a refund. |
