CD Promotion - Let the Eagle Fly Gail Obediah and Band

Promoting the CD Release of "Let the Eagle Fly", come and experience the unique sound of indigenous culture based music that is influenced by Blues, Jazz, and traditional hand drum songs, fused to create what we call RezJazz! Gail Obediah is proud to be Seneca of Six Nations of the Grand, River as well as Ojibway of Alderville First Nation. This CD was created to honour the children that suffered the traumas of the residential school system, as well as to promote a reconnection to indigenous roots, the language, to be inspiring, healing and celebrate that we are still here! 

Instrumentation includes, the traditional hand drum, traditional rattle, rainstick, Congas, guitars, and backup singers. 

Hear the stories behind the songs, engage in traditional drum songs, and be prepared to feel your emotions come alive, be inspired, and to leave with a revitalized vibrant energy!  Get Your Smile On, and come celebrate our resilience and strength that we are still here and Let the Eagle Fly!!
